Today is a day of celebration
Friends are calling, sending felicitations
Families are here saying congratulations
Cos truly they have approved my promotion
And I have this notion
That I will continue with this motion
This I have waited for long
Standing on the balcony of my heart
Hoping it come sounding like a gong
Carefully I painted it like an art
Making sure I do no wrong
Now I have it all loaded in my cart
I can’t talk, my mouth filled with smile
Blessings answer at each dial
Packaged, arranged like a file
Studded, numerous in piles
Truly, it is a day of celebration
And I got it without any deliberation
Here the writer expressed the joy of making it in life and seeing friends and family gather to celebrate him. He also had this faith that such celebration would continue and not end.
He narrated what he passed through to achieve this. How he was focused to his dreams to the extent he had to paint the picture in his heart. He was careful he did not wrong anyone when he was trying to make it happen.
Now he made it, things have become so easy for him and how numerous his blessings were. As his time has come, there is no much struggle.
